Founded by nurses with years of bedside nursing experience, First Choice Personal Care Services, LLC is on its way from the beginnings from bedside nursing care to providing exceptional personal care within the community. Our goals and commitments when we first started out as nurses was having a passion for client health and helping others maintain or increase physical functional/health status within the homes and still is our passion.

Yes, we will meet you and your family in the comfort of your home, hospital, or rehab facility to identify and discuss preferences based off your unique health needs.

Yes, our clients and their families create a schedule to fit their specific needs
A caregiver is needed when a person experiences or needs assistance with one or more of the following:
- Need reminders/assistance with medications
- One or more falls, trips or slips
- Frequent visits to the emergency room
- Need assistance with light housekeeping/laundry
- Unable to maintain dietary needs
- Need assistance with personal hygiene
No. HMO’s, health insurance policies, and Medicare do not provide any benefits for in-home caregiving. They consider it custodial, and do not consider it medical care. However, there are some VA benefits that do cover some home care assistance services.
